Why black spots appear on the cycle of OPC drums?

Why white spots appear on the cycle of OPC drums?

OPC Drum density does not fit

  • Drums for another type of printer used
  • The product has been exposed to too much light
  • Difficulty in charging because the anodizing thickness inside drums is too great

Why black line on the vertcal direction of opc drum?

  • Toner leaks out due to the error of printer components
  • Impossible to collect empty toners because the abrasion of the blade is too seriously applied
  • Errors occur to developer roller
  • Errors occur to primary charge roller if black line continuously appears and is caused by other components, abrasion on the surface of OPC drum is likely to occur
